  • This is a fragrance where aquatic notes dominate everything. At first, it smells of lots of bergamot and rose, but within minutes the bergamot fades, leaving very intense water notes. After half an hour, I no longer detect the rose, osmanthus, or saffron; only those strong water notes remain, which define the scent over time. It smells good and I like it, but I wouldn’t buy it because it’s not my style. Besides, to be called Eternity Summer, it doesn’t feel fresh enough for summer heat; I think it’s better suited for spring or autumn, as I look for summer perfumes with a strong citrus touch, and this loses its citrus character quickly. The longevity on my skin is short (about 3-4 hours) and the sillage is very soft. From this house, I still prefer the original Eternity. I recommend it to lovers of aquatic notes.

I absolutely loved it. It’s ideal for summer but also works well throughout the rest of the year. The presentation really stands out and is very attractive. The fragrance is fresh and light like a summer breeze. It features pleasant, slightly fruity aquatic notes that dominate. It lives up to the quality reputation attributed to Calvin Klein.

To my nose, it smells like a fresher, summer-softened EDT version of The Body Shop’s Smoky Rose. The desert rose in this perfume is very similar to theirs. The floral notes mixed with incense, saffron, and a touch of citrus are prominent, all blended with a clean musk and fresh water vibe.

BEST FOR SUMMER: Wow, when Calvin Klein released this Eternity edition, they nailed it; it’s almost perfect for the heat, with decent longevity and enough intensity to hold up against sun and sports, yet versatile enough for the office and casual weekends. Even though it doesn’t list mandarin in the notes, it smells like it to me—not like the orange notes that were trendy ten years ago (like Boss Orange), but rather more versatile, slightly sweeter, and more potent than other citrus scents. The interesting thing is that while there are many fresh fragrances, few are suitable for the beach where you sweat and others disappear; this one holds up well and keeps the scent going. The aquatic, citrus, and floral notes blend beautifully, while the incense and sandalwood give it that extra “punch” to last longer. An excellent fragrance you can buy blind and it works perfectly in hot climates. Recommended sprays: 5 to 7. Longevity: 8. Sillage: Medium. Intensity: Medium.

BEST FOR SUMMER: Wow, when Calvin Klein created this Eternity edition, they hit the mark; it’s an almost perfect fragrance for summer and hot climates, with decent longevity and enough intensity to withstand the heat and sports, yet versatile enough for the office or casual weekends. Even though it doesn’t list mandarin in the notes, it smells like it to me—not like the orange notes that were trendy ten years ago (like Boss Orange, Carlo Corinto, etc.), but rather more versatile, slightly sweeter, and more intense than other citrus fragrances. Something interesting is that while there are many fresh and citrus fragrances, few would I recommend for a day at the beach where you sweat and many disappear without a trace; this one, however, has good intensity and fulfills its role of keeping us smelling good for longer. The aquatic and citrus notes with a floral touch blend very well, while the incense and sandalwood give it that extra “punch” that keeps it vibrant for longer. It’s an excellent fragrance you can buy blind and it will work great in hot climates. Recommended sprays: 5 to 7. Longevity rating: 8. Sillage: Medium. Intensity: Medium.
